As part of the Seguin Transportation Master Mobility Plan (TMMP), a Property Owner Workshop will be held to engage and inform property owners who may be affected by the Master Thoroughfare Plan (MTP) Update.

This private showcase will provide an opportunity for impacted property owners to:

View the latest draft of the Master Thoroughfare Plan
Understand potential impacts to their property or area
Ask questions and provide valuable feedback
Help shape the future of Seguin’s transportation network

Who Will Be Invited?

Property owners whose land may be impacted by proposed changes in the MTP will receive official invitations via mail.

Invitations were mailed Monday, June 30, 2025.

What is the Master Thoroughfare Plan (MTP)?

The Master Thoroughfare Plan (MTP) sets the foundation for Seguin’s long-term transportation strategy. It outlines the vision and policy direction for developing a major street network that can support the city's future growth and mobility needs.

The MTP:

Identifies key roadway corridors
Guides land use and development decisions
Ensures consistent and connected roadway planning
Supports safety, accessibility, and efficiency in transportation

This planning effort is a critical part of creating a stronger, better-connected Seguin.
